Booking Guarantee: A valid credit/debit card is required to secure your booking.

Availability: Offer valid from 2nd – 21st March (excluding Friday & Saturday nights) and is subject to availability.

Room Requirement: This offer is applicable only for two adults sharing a double bed or twin-bedded room.

Four-Poster Suite Upgrade: Upgrade to a Four-Poster Suite is available at a typical price of £40.

Dining: Dinner in the Windsor Restaurant follows the daily set menu; menu changes are to be expected. Please refer to the Windsor Restaurant page for a sample menu.

Health Club: Our Health Club is open to members, with designated children’s swim times throughout the week. Check the Health Club page for further details.

Exclusivity: This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.

Pet Policy: Dogs are subject to an additional charge and availability in our dog-friendly rooms. Please see our Pet Policy for further details.

Phone Bookings: If you choose to redeem this offer over the phone, a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy: Cancel free of charge up until 3PM the day prior to arrival. If cancelled after this time, the cost of one night’s stay (minus any deposits paid) will be charged.
